Favorite Cooking Utensil: My Kunz Spoon. A very versatile tool that is made for accurate measuring, plating and saucing, and is strong enough to hook into a stock pot’s handle and pull it across the stove.
Favorite TV Show: I’m addicted to sitcoms, my favorite would be a toss-up between Scrubs, How I Met Your Mother, The Office, and Parks & Rec.
Who Cooks at Home: Unfortunately I am not home for many meals, so my wife does the bulk of the cooking. I do try to take care of breakfast every morning for my daughters.
Favorite Recipe to Make: My grandmother had a very simple recipe for fried fish that she only did for Christmas Eve dinner. It’s plain and simple but when I make it, it makes me feel closer to her and my family in general.
Music Playing When You Cook: I try not to listen to too much music in the kitchen, otherwise, my crew would have to deal with my terrible singing and even worse dancing!
